Meet our team
Brad Weston– Interim Board President
Tyler Monaco – Treasurer
Tyler Monaco combines financial experience with a deep involvement in youth sports and coaching. His passion for mentorship, teamwork, and community development makes him an important part of the foundation’s mission to expand athletic opportunities for kids throughout the Bitterroot Valley.
Brad Weston – Vice President
Brad Weston serves the community both professionally and through athletics. As a Ravalli County Undersheriff, football coach, and basketball referee, Brad understands the positive impact sports can have on youth development, leadership, and character. He is committed to helping build a lasting resource for families in the valley.
Sandy McNamara – Board Member
Sandy McNamara brings valuable experience in real estate, community involvement, and nonprofit support. Her dedication to community growth and youth opportunity helps support the foundation’s vision of creating accessible and lasting recreational opportunities for local families.
Shad Francis – Executive Director
Shad Francis founded the Bitterroot Valley Youth Sports Foundation with a vision of creating year-round opportunities for youth athletics and community recreation in the Bitterroot Valley. As a longtime coach, business owner, and community advocate, Shad is passionate about building a facility that supports youth development, teamwork, and community connection for generations to come.
